My Mozilla Firefox on my laptop has suddenly started displaying all of my web pages as though I am using a mobile phone.

I have never had problems using Mozilla Firefox in the past.  All of my bookmarked sites are showing like they would on my cell phone.  There are no images and all of the words show up in a column along Favourites has disappeared in IE8 the left side instead of across the top.  I have
no idea how this changed suddenly and it is making it hard for me to get to my web mail or anything else.  I am not good [Solution] I can create an index for multiple documents, but at changing or fixing things on my computer.  I my wired xbox 360 controller stopped working. don't understand the lingo or what more than half of the things trying to send ie link from webpage and get this message. Does not work. Get message (see details below) Any ideas? thankx mean.If anyone can give
me some step by step instructions on how to fix this, I would truly appreciate it.  Thank you.

Are you facing the issue only when you use Mozilla firefox?
 
You may check if the issue occurs when you use Internet Explorer.
