Which architecture of Windows 7 are you running, 32 or 64 bit?

If you are running Windows 7 64 bit, please note that the 64 bit version of Internet Explorer is not compatible with Silverlight.
Use Internet Explorer 32 bit instead.


Click Start > All Programs > Click Internet Explorer (the one that is not listed as 64 bit)
