For whatever reason when I reuse a DVD+RW disc and try to do a back up, I receive Error 0x80070005.
Some folks have suggested it is my virus protection S/W...Norton.

If it has not started, start the service and check.
Follow these steps:

c) Double click each of the services and start them.
Click
ok.
