BSOD Windows 7 DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE Caused by Driver: ntoskrnl.exe

Hi Guys,
 
Really need some help, i am getting the BSOD while shutting down my laptop.

The shutting down prompt will just keep spinning then after 5 mins to 10 mins or so, the BSOD appears.
After which it will restart.
This has been happening about 3 - 4 times in the past 4 weeks.
Below are the specs for my laptop
 
HP EliteBook 2560P
Windows 7 Ent x64 SP1
8GB Ram
