Brother MFC5690 printer goes offline after window 2010 office software installation
I have an acer desktop computer connecting wirelessly to Brother MFC9560CDW and it works fine. However, after installing newly purchased window 2010 office CD (the acer has a 2007 preinstalled trial office sofeware in it), the computer shows the printer
is offline when I try to print. I have tried uninstalled and reinstalled the printer driver, printer trouble shooting, uncheck "use printer offline", set default printer...all failed. Brother's customer services worked with me for more than an hour and tried
all he could including reset printer IP address (not sure?).
I think it may relate to the new 2010 office software installation. Any help?
