Hello everyone,
I recently wiped my computer and did a fresh install of Windows 7.
 Everything went well, however, I'm having a problem now that I think the CPU isn't accelerating like it used to when I was running a lot of programs at a time.
 For example, when I go
onto youtube to watch a video, the fan speed would crank up and the computer would run faster to play the video at a normal speed, but now the video will stutter and lag, it seems like the computer is taking 2 seconds to play 1 second of video.
 This isn't
the only place I've noticed it either, when running multiple programs, the computer will be progressively slower.
 I know that my computer has the capability to run normally without lag, because this is how it ran before I re-installed W7.
 Can anyone direct
me on a solution to this problem that I'm having?  I've already tried to switch the energy option to High performance, however, I don't want to change the display settings to highest performance so I hope there's another solution.

As the computer is made only for Windows Vista and as there are no Windows 7 drivers available for your computer, you are facing all these issues.
It is advisable to install Windows Vista and the appropriate drivers so that you can continue to use the computer
as normal as it was before.
 
You may try to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check.
