after installing windows7 upgrade my p.c 's cpu is running at 100% .

I have tried running kapersky rescue disc , but that never got past 14% , so had to abandon that one , tried all sorts of other scans , but no joy , cpu seems to have a will of its own , and running at 100% is making this p.c pretty inoperable , any one
got any sollutions out there

Hi Cody,
thans for the interest in my problem ,I found the issue was caused by 2 audio apps  running at max  speed , 1 was audiodg.exe , and 2 was stacsv.exe .
when I suspended their operation in task manager , the p.c slowed to normal .
all attempts to remedy this error failed ,,,,,so I decided to reinstall windows7
again ,,,this installation took a lot longer than the original loading , and it has stopped the rogue audio apps going flat out .
Maybe this will be of help to other users with a similar problem ,

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
