Excel 2010 - Custom Macro Buttons

In Excel 2010 with the Infernal Ribbon, I can access ALL my macros by clicking on VIEW, MACROS, VIEW MACROS, but I have dozens for different things and it shows ALL those in personal.xls from 2003 as well as those in personal.xlsm from 2010 and also any
which are in any open workbooks.
 
What I need is to create a CUSTOM BUTTON in a drop-down menu so I can click MACRO, BUTTON to run the macro, just as I could in Excel 2000 and 2003.
