Shows wireless is connected but get "The page canot be displayed" error when I try to access a web page.

I'm running Win Xp Sp3, after upgrade didn't have the problem. I have a Dell laptop w/ 2gb memory and using Intel Pro Wireless.
 I use IE 6 and Outlook Express 6.  I use a Wireless connection, Intel Pro Wireless, with a Linksys wireless router.
The other two laptops in the family aren't having any problem.
When I get the Page cannot be displayed it tell me to do Tools/Diagnose connection problems, but it doesn't work as Windows isn't managing the wireless network.  I assume Intel Pro Wireless is but they don't give anything to check.
