Need to Have Form Control Scroll Bar, scroll left to right

Hello All,
  I have set up an excel dashboard for staffing.
I inserted a form control scroll bar and need it to scroll left to right to view previous months but I can get it to only scroll up and down.
My formula to gather my data is: =OFFSET('Staffing Data'!B3,Financials!$R$40,,)
with R40 being the linked cell to the scroll bar.
How can I change the scroll bar to go from left to right to read previous months?

I certainly did not understand previously.I think that I understand now.


Your offset formula is changing the row number; not the column number.
Formula should be as follows so the row number does not increment but column number does increment.
See Help for Syntax.

=OFFSET(Sheet2!B1,0,Sheet1!$O$9)


Also note that the Scroll Bar Incremental Change needs to be 4.

Machine Throttling

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Restart your system.
