I try change account but it's not work.
I also try method 2(some file cannot repair) but i don't have backup source.
What should i do?

1.    When exactly do you receive the error message?
2.    Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
Try to boot into safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

If the issue does not persists in safe mode then, start the computer in clean boot to check and then try to download Skype to check if any third party program is causing the issue.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
