Copy Picture from Worksheet to Comment

Currently when I want to place a Picture in a Comment, I right-click on the comment boundary and:

Format Comment...
> Colors and Lines > Color > Fill Effects...
>
Picture > Select Picture...

This brings up a Picture Selection Dialog Box that allows me to choose a
file.

But I don't want to select a file, I want to select a Picture that is already on the worksheet.

How do I do this??
