Cannot install update KB951847 error code: 800B0100

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium with SP1 on a Toshiba Satellite L355D Laptop, but when I run windows update and try to install update: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 it doesn't install
with error code: 800B0100.
I have already downloaded and ran the System Update Readiness Tool, but I still can't install the update.
I checked the Log at
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.
It reads:

Instead of uninstalling all the updates, how about trying this first?
See if you can install the base install for 2.0 or SP1 for 2.0.
I think it will allow you to do a repair at the least.
With this you ought to have the files needed to allow 3.5 to complete.
