I want to use a Countif function to find # of times a certain text appears in a colum, but I want the row references for that colum to come from a different cell so the equation would look like =COUNTIF(C(A7):C(B7),="text I am looking for")  where cells
(A7) and (B7) contain the row numbers that I want to combine with Column "C" to create a cell reference that I can use in a COUNTIF function.
