Original Title: Desktop is blank
 
I restarted my computer now when I log in it only shows a blue screen.
I can still go to the task manager and all my files are there but nothing on my desktop is there.
I can't right click anything and the mouse keeps showing that it is loading.

Here is a picture of what happened.
I already tried resetting it 3 times and leaving it for a few hours and it keeps doing this
