Date Picker query

I am hoping someone will know the answer to this prioblem!!

I need to set up 2 date fields in word 2007. the first is todays date, lets call it issue date (I have already worked that one out), the second field needs to be a date 3 years from now (this is the one giving me problems).

Is it possible to change the default start date in date picker, or some other way in a field, to give me a date 3 years from today?
