ok..ayer escanee mi computadora  con un antivirus.
 a partir de ahi  la  impresora   ya no  fue  reconocida  por el cpu..
 esta instalada  pero  no  es reconocida  como impresora  ¿  que s lo que devo  hacer?
  desintalarla y  volverla  intarlar  .
 ok  otra  cosa  puedo  hacer?
