Data disappears from an administrator user account in windows 8 OS and logged on to temporary profile

Hi,

i am using window 8 pc, it worked fine,one day when i logged on to user account which is an administrator as well as Microsoft account....
it took me to temporary profile saying sign out and sign in later.Then i signed out and signed in,restarted many times with different time intervals...still no use.
And i also tried "refreshing without deleting data" option still no use...Again i used "restore system without deleting data"...
But it stopped loading temporary profile...now it is loading correct one...but no previous data..and it is showing default screen settings not my personalized one... 

when i used some data recovery trail software...
it is able to show my files without corrupted and in different folders...i am confused how to get back my account as it is...

my account is also rightly mapped in registry(regedt32.exe)

still my account name, password email and administrator account are same and ever changed by system...

This is my personal computer i alone use this..it is maintained securely...this 2 months old new pc with good config..how this happened....

and Microsoft or computer manufacturer(sony vaio)  are not giving any live support for this issue..whom should we contact to get reliable solution?

If i reload new data and in future there is no guarantee that this doesn't happen..

what are the precautions should i take?


Mostly i need an immediate solution to recover my data....Being frustrated with this issue..
