only me uses my laptop, but i cannot activate ms reader it just keeps saying i dont have full admin rights .
grr any help please

Hello karpoole,
I would suggest when you try to install the MS Reader, you right click on the .exe file and select, "Run as Administrator".
Even though you are logged on as Administrator, with User Account Controller, installation of programs requires an elevated privilege.

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
• Click "Apply".
  
• Reboot your computer.
