Hello again.
I have multiple issues that I need help on.
It seems this would be really simple but I am not sure what I am missing.

First issue: What I want to know is if Column B says major, then if a row below this contains the word Annotation in Column B that counts as having an annotation.
If the next line did not say annotation in B then it would be zero.
In the example above I
would show I have two major alerts, each one of them contained at least one annotation so my count would be 2 alerts each with at laest one annotation (so 100% of the alerts were annotated).
I had one minor alert, but no annotations with that alert (0%), I
had one warning alert and it had an annotation that is one (100% of warning alerts were annotated), etc.

Second issue: I would like to know for each alert type (column B, which could be critical, major, minor, warning, or normal and these selections would never change), how many annotations were entered for each alert type.
So in the above exampe, I have two
major alerts with a total of 4 annotations.
One minor alert, no annotations, 1 warning alert, one annotation, etc.

Third issue: I need to count up how many annotations each person had for each alert type.
So in my example above I would show user OPC (column B in the light blue text) had three annotations for major alerts, zero for critical, etc.
User ID za24067 had one
annotaton for major, zero for minor, etc.
User ID za12345 had one annotaton for a warning alert and zero for major, etc.
My user ID's would fluctuate over time and not be able to be recorded anywhere and would change every month anyway as others annotated
alerts, etc.
So I would need to just look at the ID in that column, not somewhere else.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as it is driving me crazy.
