Can't stop windows media player12 from loading corrupt files

I have used all the fixes listed in numerous web sites including this one and no matter what I do as far as deleting the media files and folders and doing a system restore twice, when windows media player 12 reloads my music and video files I just get a
corrupt data base over and over again.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Im running windows 7 64 bit on a new Dell Studio XPS 8100 8gb memory 1T hard drive

I would suggest you to use the below mentioned steps to rebuild your library and then check if the issues resolve -
a.     Shutdown windows media player. 
b.     Stop the media sharing service manually.
For that follow the steps as –
·          Go to Start and click on Control Panel
·          Then All Control Panel Items and then Administrative Tools.
·          Her click on Services. Then you may right-click on the “Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service” and select Stop. 
c.     Navigate to “c:\Users\”your username”\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player.  Now delete the files named CurrentDatabase_***.wmdb and LocalMLS_*.wmdb. 
OR
Open Windows Media Player.
Press CTRL+M then from the Tools menu click on Advanced and then Restore Media Library to reset the Media Player library.
d.     Start the media sharing service.
e.     Now start Windows Media Player and watch it build up your library again.
