A second SATA hard drive already installed in my PC is not detected anymore.

The second disk drive in my PC was there for at least 6 months and this morning i cant detect it anymore.  I did unploged all the cables and plogged them back and tried again and no success.  I tried this drive in my other PC as a secondary
SATA drive but its not decteted either.  Please help.
