My laptop keyboard won't print.  Can only use On Screen keyboard.  How do I fix?

Do you mean that when you type, nothing shows up on the screen?  If so, you need to contact Acer about getting a new keyboard or you could get a USB keyboard and use that.  If you're talking about the Print Screen key, it copies into the clipboard, and
you have to paste the result into a word processor (e.g.
Wordpad) to be able to print.
