4 x 6 index card in word does not print correctly
My dell computer was recently checked out by a local computer store. However following that checkup I am no longer able to print 4 x 6 index cards to may dell computer. Dell installed all new drivers, but that didn't help. They seem to feel it is a
MS software problem and to contact you folks. My printer works fine on 8 1/2 sheets of paper, but not on the manual-fed 4 x 6 cards. Can you help me?

What do you mean by "does not print correctly"? In what way is it not correct?
Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
Make sure your computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program that is displaying the error. Look for the program requirements online or in the packaging information.
