I'm running Windows Ultimate 64-bit.
When I installed a IE add-in (RoboForm) it shows up in the 32-bit version, but not the 64-bit.

Maybe you overlooked the following:
 
"RoboForm does not yet run in 64-bit IE."

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
