i had to take up a project in visual studio to make a program that can "chat over the internet with ip address" , i mean the program is like :



so the steps are ! 
1.
enter the ip above there and then click on "Establish connection"
2.
then i need the code for that button ! and it needs to connect to the ip mentioned there !
3.
after that , it enables chat in both the computers through ip address
4.
then send button used for sending data across the internet between the two computers
5.
sending and recieving data is the final step ! 
i am in need of code for every button , i have just made up the gui it looks like this , and i need the code ,

Running System Update Readiness Command

1. Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
