A black screen is displayed instead of the images when the Paramount dynamic theme is set

I've been using a few of the dynamic themes for my windows 8 home theater computer which look great.

But I've been trying to use the "Paramount Movies Dynamic Theme" but it doesn't seem to work.
I've noticed that whenever I select it, it keeps asking me to download the Rss subscription after clicking download I get a black background.
I waited for hours but
nothing ever displays.

So just as a test I downloaded the "Insect Dynamic Theme" which ask the same question once and a Live RSS logo appeared with it.
The Insect Theme is functioning just fine, so what am I missing?

This issue could be caused due to some issue with the RSS feed or due to some incorrect settings.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
